Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Head Office)
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders
Communicating with customers and providing ETA's
Assisting customers with product inquiries
Scheduling and expediting orders
Purchasing and inventory management
Problem research and resolution
Logging and dispatching service calls
Assisting other departments to handle customer needs
To succeed in this role you will need:
A College education or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years related experience in customer service or sales environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize time wisely
Highly customer focused, positive attitude, adaptable to change, and excellent abilities to work in a team
