Ahearn’s complete line of Label-Aire Applicators can be equipped to meet your speed, application, and budget requirements. All models are stepper-driven meaning “no wear” parts making it easier on your bottom line. For added versatility, most of our pressure sensitive labelers can be converted to either tamp-blow, wipe-on, or air-blow labeling.

Label-Aire 3015-ND Wipe-On Primary Applicator

The Model 3015-ND Wipe-On labeler delivers on its promise of speed, accuracy, ease of use, and affordability. The results are lower operating costs and increased productivity for your business.
The Label-Aire Model 3015-ND was designed for simple wipe-on labeling applications in all markets (available in either 220 Volts, 50 Hz or 115 Volts, 60 Hz configurations). Underneath the 3015-ND is an advanced labeler that comes with many standard features making it an exceptional value.
Not only can the 3015-ND be easily converted to left- or right-hand use, it can also apply labels to the top, side, or bottom of products at a dispense speed of up to 1,000″ (25 m) of web per minute with a label dispense accuracy of up to +/- 1/32″ (.8 mm).

Label-Aire 3111-NV Air-Blow Primary Applicator

Label-Aire 3139/15 Wipe-On Label Applicator

The Model 3139/15 Label Applicator applies labels around any corner or two labels on adjacent panels utilizing our patented vacuumized drum. Pre-printed labels are applied utilizing the Model 3115 as the label dispenser. The 3139/15’s sturdy swing arm can be configured for cartons or pallets.
The heavy duty square-frame mounting stand can be bolted to the floor for added stability. Like all Label-Aire products, the 3139/15 Label Applicator is built to meticulous quality standards and designed to withstand the most intense operation.

Label-Aire 3138-NV Printer Applicator

The 3138-NV is Label-Aire’s most advanced printer applicator which features New Generation technology making it the ideal choice for the most demanding applications. Advanced features include automatic setup with multiple programmable label pages for easy change-overs to labels of different sizes, rate compensation for improved label placement accuracy, and advanced user-configurable I/O connectivity.
The 3138-NV’s newest features consist of a split cover for easier access, easier tamp assembly field kit installation, a redesigned electronics tray for top access, a new pneumatic panel for easy component replacement, 1″ to 10″ (25.4 mm to 254 mm) adjustable tamp assembly with stainless steel rods and locking collars, ambidextrous parts–unit can be reassembled in opposite hand configuration, and the 3138-NV is RFID configurable. All these handy features greatly simplify setup and changeovers.

Label-Aire 3139/38-N Printer Applicator

The Model 3139/38-N Printer Applicator thermal transfer or direct transfer imprints and applies labels around any corner or two labels on adjacent panels utilizing a vacuumized drum. The Model 3138-N with its built-in label unwind and rewind capabilities is utilized for one-to-one print and apply allowing for the immediate application of each label as it is printed.

Label-Aire 3138-N Dual Action Tamp (DAT) Printer Applicator

The Model 3138-N DAT Printer Applicator showcases the latest in dual panel labeling. Featuring Label-Aire’s renowned New Generation Technology, the 3138-N DAT is the ideal choice for the most demanding print and apply applications. The heavy duty dual action air cylinder tamp rotates 90° across the conveyor to apply the first printed label. The second straight line stroke extends applying the second label onto the side panel.
Advanced features in our standard 3138-N Printer Applicator include automatic setup with multiple programmable label pages for easy change-overs to labels different sizes, rate compensation for improved label accuracy, and advanced user-configurable I/O connectivity. Label-Aire Inline 5100 Labeling System

The NEW Label-Aire® Inline 5100 labeling system is designed to offer you advanced features while also making labeling easier, faster, and more affordable… making your operation more profitable.
The advanced Inline 5100 is a rugged stainless steel cabinet based (including frame and side plates) labeling system that can be outfitted with Label-Aire’s full range of Label-Aire New Generation 3100/3000 Series applicators (wipe-on, air-blow, or tamp-blow). The Inline 5100 also has a smooth-running Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) conveyor which improves label placement accuracy. Among its standard features are a rotating control panel, a 12 foot (3,658 mm) delrin chain conveyor with stainless steel side plates, and a segmented top trap hold down to keep your products in place.

The Model 6015/6115WA “Wrap Around” Labeling System has a smooth-running variable speed conveyor which results in improved labeling accuracy plus the ability to run smaller products.
