Ahearn’s complete line of Label-Aire Label Applicators can be equipped to meet your speed, application, and budget requirements. All models are stepper-driven meaning “no wear” parts making it easier on your bottom line. For added versatility, most of our pressure sensitive labelers can be converted to either tamp-blow, wipe-on, or air-blow labeling.

Ahearn & Soper designs, installs, and supports all aspects of your automatic labeling process – label design and formatting, installation of equipment on site, training of operators and on-site repair of your Label Aire labeling equipment. We also manufacture labels and supply ribbons matched to your labels and printing equipment.

Labelmate Label Dispensers

Labelmate has developed a flexible line of powered label dispensers, offered in Canada by Ahearn & Soper. These versatile and inexpensive products bring new convenience and reliability to those applications where you need to dispense at lot of labels regularly.

You can choose between the LD-100 that automatically advances your next label and presents it for instant picking or the LD-100S that can continually advance labels at the rate you choose. The LD-100S also includes an on-off foot switch and is ideal for very small or transparent labels that optical label sensor might not detect.
